The Violation Form for the 2024 GW Student Body Elections is linked below. Before filing a complaint, please read the form in its entirety. Incomplete submissions will not be accepted.

• To file a complaint, the complainant(s) must properly complete this submission form and email it to the JEC’s email. No other submission method will be accepted.

  • JEC Email: jec@gwu.edu

• Complaints must be filed within three calendar days of observing such a violation.

• All complaints must include these elements:

  • A specific reference to the Rule or bylaw violated.

  • An explanation of the alleged incident or violation, including the time, place, and location, and at least one witness. The witness may be the complainant.

  • Any evidence pertaining to the matter. 

The JEC cannot comment on the existence of pending or ongoing investigations and complaints.
